Bargaining Unit Contracts
On January 30, 2009, the Commonwealth and NAGE bargaining units 1, 3, 6 agreed to new collective bargaining agreements for the period July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2012. A separate Memorandum of Agreement authorizes the implementation of the the non-economic provisions of the new agreements effective March 2, 2009.
Note: The salary charts do not reflect the 1% increase for FY 2010 negotiated in the most recent contract. The new charts will not become available until the 1% increase is funded by the legislature. The new charts will be posted at that time.
